We want you to love your Casa Seodra jewellery. If your purchase isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Our 28-day returns offer

Contact hello@casaseodra.com within 28 days of receiving your order to arrange a refund or exchange. Please include your order number. We reply within two working days.

Once you have notified us, send your item back within 14 days. Under our additional change-of-mind offer, jewellery must be unworn and in its original condition. Please include the original packaging where possible and pack your return securely. Exchanges are subject to availability.

You are responsible for change-of-mind return postage. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage.

For returns notified after the statutory cancellation period, we refund the item price within 14 days of receiving your return. Original delivery charges are not refunded under this additional offer. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Your statutory right to cancel

For online purchases covered by the statutory cancellation right, you may cancel without giving a reason within 14 days after the day you receive your goods. If items from one order arrive separately, this period runs from receipt of the last item.

To cancel, email hello@casaseodra.com or write to the address below with a clear statement of your decision. You can use the optional form below. Send your cancellation before the deadline; you do not need to wait for our reply.

Return the goods within 14 days of notifying us. You pay the direct return postage cost for change-of-mind cancellations.

You may inspect your jewellery as you would in a shop. We may deduct any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. Original packaging is not a condition of your statutory cancellation right.

We will refund your payments, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option, within 14 days of being informed of your cancellation. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever happens first.

Any extra amount paid for a more expensive delivery option is not refundable. We use your original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, and charge no refund fee.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Please email hello@casaseodra.com with your order number and details of the issue so we can put things right. We cover the necessary return postage for faulty, damaged or incorrect items.

Your statutory rights are not limited by our 28-day returns offer or its unworn-condition requirement.
