Shipping policy

Your necklace is presented on a Casa Seodra jewellery card and carefully packed in a protective padded envelope.

We’re based in Dublin, Ireland, where every order is packed with care and dispatched within one working day, Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery destinations and times

We deliver to Ireland, the United Kingdom, the United States and other European Union countries.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Ireland: 2–3 working days

• United Kingdom: 5–7 working days

• United States: 3–7 working days with An Post

• Other European Union countries: 7–10 working days

Delivery times are estimates. International orders may take longer due to customs processing.

Delivery charges

Standard delivery within Ireland is free. Tracked delivery within Ireland costs €9.

International Standard delivery and Tracked delivery prices are displayed in your checkout currency before you pay.

Tracked delivery includes tracking but does not necessarily mean faster delivery.
