These terms apply to purchases made through casaseodra.com. Our Shipping policy and Return and refund policy provide additional information about your order.

Products

Product descriptions include details of materials, dimensions and other relevant features. Please review these details before ordering.

Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen. This does not affect your right to receive goods that match their description.

Ordering and payment

You can review your items, delivery details and total before placing your order. Please ensure your contact and delivery information is accurate.

Submitting an order using the checkout payment button places an order with an obligation to pay. You will receive an order confirmation by email.

Available payment methods, the applicable currency and delivery charges are displayed at checkout before payment.

If you notice an error in your order, contact us promptly at hello@casaseodra.com. We will help where possible, although changes may not be possible once an order has been dispatched.

If we cannot supply an item you have paid for, we will contact you and refund the payment for that item and any applicable delivery charge. We will not substitute a different item without your agreement.

Prices

The product price and applicable currency are displayed on the website. Delivery charges and any applicable taxes are shown before you complete checkout.

Price changes apply to future purchases and do not change the price of an order already confirmed.

Delivery

We deliver to Ireland, the United Kingdom, the United States and other European Union countries.

Orders are dispatched from Dublin within one working day, Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays. Delivery estimates and charges are explained in our Shipping policy.

If your order is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us so we can resolve the issue. Delivery estimates do not limit your statutory rights.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

We offer a 28-day change-of-mind returns period, subject to the conditions in our Return and refund policy.

This offer is additional to your statutory cancellation rights. Where the statutory right applies, you can notify us that you wish to cancel within 14 days after receiving your goods, then return them within a further 14 days.

Our Return and refund policy explains how to cancel, the applicable refund times, return postage responsibilities and our return address. It also includes an optional cancellation form.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

You are entitled to goods that match their description and meet applicable legal standards.

If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, email hello@casaseodra.com with your order number and details of the issue. We will provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law and cover necessary return postage.

Your statutory rights are not restricted by our voluntary returns period.

Our Privacy policy explains how we collect and use personal information when you browse the website, contact us or place an order.

Questions and complaints

Please email hello@casaseodra.com with your order number, where relevant, and a description of your query or complaint. We reply within two working days and will work with you to resolve the issue.

Applicable law and consumer rights

These terms are governed by Irish law. If you live outside Ireland, this does not remove any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights, remedies or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Updates to these terms

We may update these terms for future purchases. The terms in effect when you place your order apply to that purchase.
