We’re based in Dublin, Ireland, where every order is packed with care and dispatched.

Orders are dispatched within one working day, Monday-Saturday, excluding public holidays. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

• Ireland: 2–3 working days
• United Kingdom: 5–7 working days
• Europe: 7–10 working days

Free delivery on all orders within Ireland.

International delivery charges are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, and international orders may take longer due to customs processing.

A little care keeps your Casa Seodra jewellery looking its best.

• Remove your jewellery before sleeping, showering, swimming or exercising.

• Allow perfume, lotions and other beauty products to dry before putting on your jewellery.

• Gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth after wearing. Avoid harsh cleaners.

• Store separately in a jewellery box or soft pouch to prevent scratches and tangles.

• Handle chains and clasps gently to avoid pulling or snagging.

We want you to love your Casa Seodra jewellery. If your purchase isn’t quite right, contact us within 28 days of delivery to arrange a return for a refund or exchange.

For change-of-mind returns, jewellery should be unworn and in its original condition. Please include the original packaging where possible and pack your item securely.

Contact us through our Contact page with your order number for return instructions. Once you have notified us, please send your item back within 14 days.

Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us so we can put things right and cover the necessary return postage.

This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
